UK DELIVERY

The Nerdsmith currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 7 calendar days after the order is placed.

If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Royal Mail currently aims to deliver 2nd Class items within approximately 3 working days after dispatch. This is a delivery aim and is not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, adverse weather, industrial disruption or other circumstances outside our control.

Please allow up to approximately 10 calendar days from ordering for normal processing and delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please use the contact form on our website immediately if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

We may ask you to confirm the delivery address and allow the appropriate Royal Mail waiting period before treating an item as missing.

DAMAGED ORDERS
